Meet Audra Cavanaugh

Audra Cavanaugh serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group, where she oversees the company's marketing, branding, communications, agent onboarding, and training initiatives throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Since joining the brokerage in 2020, she has played an important role in supporting agents, enhancing the brokerage experience, and strengthening the company's presence across the region.

With nearly 30 years of marketing experience and more than 25 years specializing in real estate and related industries, Audra brings a unique combination of strategic vision, creativity, and industry knowledge to her role. In addition to overseeing brand marketing, events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects, she is deeply involved in helping agents succeed through onboarding, education, marketing support, and ongoing professional development.

Known for her hands-on approach, Audra works directly with agents on everything from marketing strategies and business planning to branding, social media, and listing promotion. She helps create training programs, resources, and systems that enable agents to strengthen their skills, build their businesses, and maximize the tools available through the brokerage.

Prior to joining the brokerage, Audra spent 14 years as Director of Marketing for Landmark Performance Homes, where she led all aspects of marketing and branding for one of Omaha's premier home builders. She also served as Director of Marketing for The Lund Company, supporting commercial real estate operations and brokerage marketing. 

A graduate of Creighton University with a degree in Journalism and studies in Marketing, Photography, and Graphic Design, Audra combines a strong foundation in marketing strategy with professional design expertise. 

When she's not working, Audra enjoys travel, tennis, Mahjong and spending time with family and friends.
