With 20 years of experience as a licensed REALTOR®/Associate Broker in both Iowa and Nebraska, I have built a thriving business primarily through referrals. Born and raised in the Council Bluffs Metro area, I am deeply rooted in the community and passionate about helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process as effortless as possible.

I am proud to hold the prestigious CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), a distinction earned by only about 4% of REALTORS® nationwide. In recognition of my dedication and expertise, I was honored as the Iowa CRS of the Year. I also hold the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation, further enhancing my ability to advocate for my clients.

My commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond my clients. I have served as President of the Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS®, the Board of Directors at the Iowa Association of Realtors, along with numerous other committees. Honesty and integrity are my guiding principles, and I believe in staying in touch with my clients long after closing day.
