Meet Jake Romero

As an Omaha native, Jake has a tremendous amount of passion for this city and the great state of Nebraska. Jake attended the University of Nebraska Omaha and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2013. Jake has been best described as self-driven, purposeful with a positive outlook and a clear focus on building high quality relationships.

Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Jake was first a real estate investor having personally purchased and sold several of my own personal and investment homes. Through this, Jake gained considerable experience with consistent success as both a buyer and seller. After years of having actively been in the real estate market personally, Jake decided to take his love of homes and helping people and wrap it all into a career as a REALTORS®.

As a seller’s agent, he will provide you up-to-date information on what is happening in the marketplace and evaluate the price, financing, terms, and condition of competing properties to help determine the most advantageous starting point for your home. My experience and intense sense for how to set a home apart from the initial listing all the way through staging and marketing will help us achieve a minimal effort sale.

From getting pre-approved for a mortgage, to finding and showing you all the properties and builders that best match your criteria, to writing and negotiating contracts and home inspections in your best interests.
