Meet Justine Schnebel

Justine Schnebel serves as Director of Operations for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group, overseeing operations, human resources, and agent support across Nebraska and Iowa. She focuses on creating a collaborative culture and making sure agents and staff have the systems, resources, and support they need to be successful.

Since joining The Good Life Group in 2017, Justine's role has evolved alongside the company as it has continued to grow. Her work focuses on strengthening internal processes, improving day-to-day operations, and finding practical ways to better support agents and staff. She enjoys bringing structure to complex situations and working collaboratively to develop solutions that make things easier and more effective for the people she works with.

Before joining the brokerage, Justine worked as a Children & Family Services Case Manager. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Criminal Justice, and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In 2026, she earned her Nebraska real estate license, further strengthening her industry knowledge and ability to support agents.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog. She also loves taking on home improvement projects, exploring new places on road trips, and unwinding with a good book.
